- PC with Microsoft Office standard software
- a rail-track system with white-boards and a flip-chart, offering extensive layout configuration flexibility
- Comfortable capacity allows for up to 50 delegates

Coffee and a range of teas available throughout the day
Lunch and breakfast catering is available
Open 8.30am to 5.30pm weekdays
Evenings available on request
Full reception and registration service if required

'Storage4U used the DACC meeting room on several occasions and find it an ideal external facility for either meetings or small events. The times I have used the meeting room there were between 16 and 24 attendees and the venue was extremely suitable for this size of gathering. I have held meetings there in both the afternoon and evening and have always been impressed with the layout of the room whether theatre or boardroom style, of seating and also the facilities which include audio visual aids. The room is fully web-enabled if this is required and the staff were very flexible and helpful in terms of signing in attendees and advising about parking arrangements etc. The Chamber staff were also able to help with any catering requirements. I would have no hesitation in recommending this flexible and cost-effective venue for any kind of business meeting.'
