Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce is currently recruiting for a Membership Recruitment Manager and a Membership Engagement Executive.
As the leading business membership organisation in Dundee & Angus, and part of the worldwide long-established Chamber of Commerce brand, the Chamber has 450 business members who between them employ around 35,000 people. The Chamber team works hard to help provide members with the business connections and opportunities they need to flourish. We represent our members’ views and use our collective voice to influence opinion makers. Membership Recruitment Manager
As the Recruitment Manager, it is your primary aim to explain to non-member businesses the advantages of joining the Chamber and its relevance to them while working with colleagues to retain existing members and provide a professional welcome of new recruits to the Chamber.
This important role requires energy and enthusiasm as well as highly developed interpersonal, communication and customer care skills, together with strong networking & presentation capabilities.
Candidates will have a successful track record in a sales/business development role with related targets, combined with skills in building and maintaining customer relationships. Driving licence is essential.

Membership Engagement Executive
It’s vitally important that members are engaged and remain part of the Chamber, which is where the role of Engagement Executive is the key link in maintaining members through positive and proactive engagement & communication.
This important role requires energy and enthusiasm as well as strong organisational, inter-personal skills - marketing/digital & social media marketing skills would be an advantage.
Candidates will have a successful track record in building effective working relationships, coupled with a demonstrable ability to motivate and influence others. Excellent IT skills utilising Microsoft software and the ability to work collaboratively and individually are essential.
