New Dundee to Stansted Air Service from Loganair Launches

Lorraine Kelly and The Beano’s Dennis the Menace join passengers on the first Loganair-operated flight between Dundee and London Stansted Airport.

Dennis and Lorraine joined Loganair’s Chief Operating Officer Phil Preston and other passengers on the inaugural flight bound for the English capital.

The new route has been introduced as a replacement for Dundee Airport’s previous London City service and flight times have been designed to appeal to the business and leisure markets of both destinations.

The service will fly between Dundee and London Stansted as follows:

Weekdays:
Departs Dundee 7am and 4.25pm
Departs Stansted 9am and 6.25pm

Sundays:
Departs Dundee 4.25pm
Departs Stansted 6.25pm

Derrick Lang, Manager of Dundee Airport, said: “We are delighted to welcome the return of Loganair’s scheduled services from Dundee Airport. Loganair has a long and proud association with Dundee and we wish the airline every success with the launch of their new service to Stansted.\"
