Can I get a copy of invoice?
If you are the billing contact or primary contact on your Chamber Membership, you should be able to access all your invoices in your Member Dashboard - Please connect with a team member if you need any assistance.
Can I pay in installments?
We can certainly look at installments. Could you email this request to accounts@dundeeandanguschamber.co.uk or connect to a team member.
I have been charged twice, how do I get this resolved?
Please email accounts@dundeeandanguschamber.co.uk - our finance team will be able to resolve this for you.
Can I pay my invoice online?
You can pay any invoice from the Chamber by credit or debit card. To do this, take a look at your invoice or invoice notification email - you should have a link to view your invoice online. This link will contain a payment option.
My online payment hasn't gone through
