Together TuttiYP have worked hard to organise and host an event full of fun, food, and fascinating information to celebrate Year of Young Person. Thanks to Bauer Academy they have learnt valuable digital skills and have used these to create a podcast to tell you how they feel about issues that are important to them.

Our event aims to:

• Raise awareness of young peoples' right to have a voice and to have their views acted upon

• Challenge stigma and stereotypes surrounding young people in modern society, especially those with additional support needs

• Promote the skills and talents of young people, and to display this through many forms of media

• Strive towards an anti-bullying, anti-disability-hate-crime city

• Show the importance of youth in volunteering roles

We hope our event will break down barriers in the community by bringing people together and highlighting the greatness of young people today. We are ideally hoping young people attend but everyone is welcome.

We would also be delighted if you can stay for Advocating Together (Dundee) SCIO’s Annual General Meeting following the event (from 6:30p.m. – 7:30p.m.).
