Meaningful Work Experience Workshop

Date & Time

Monday, Feb 25, 2019 at 12:00 - 16:00

The DYW D&A team, working in partnership with Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce and both Angus and Dundee City Councils, would like to invite you to take part in our first Meaningful Work Experience Workshop.

The Meaningful Work Experience Workshop will offer you strategies, advice and a best practice toolkit to ensure that when your company takes on a young person for a work experience placement, it is a positive and valuable experience for you, your staff and the young person.

Research has shown that 4 quality career interventions (professionals engaging with young people) while in education means a young person is 86% less likely to be NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training.)

This workshop will be run by Bryan Leslie from Abacus Coaching.
