Take a hands-on approach to map your current business model and use the Business Model Canvas to describe, design, challenge or pivot your current business model.

 Session 2 - Customer Personas

Session 3 - Financial Forecasting

During this masterclass hosted by Ali McGill of Dundee accountancy firm Ashton McGill, you will learn how to embrace the world of forecasting and future planning using a cash flow template. Understand the costs associated with your business and how to use these to set sales targets to ensure your business continues to grow.

 Session 4 - Growth Strategy
