  • Let’s talk about the M word... Money, not men.
  • What are the challenges that women experience in the workplace, society and in business?
  • How can we build equality and equity for all women?
  • What opportunities are there for the development of women in society?
  • How is Scotland faring in comparison with other countries when it comes to equality?

11:45 – 12:15: Roundtable

Attendees break out into groups to discuss topics and complete challenges with each other. This a great opportunity to hear stories from Third Culture Individuals, migrants, refugees, women, and ethnic minorities adjusting to the Scottish Culture.

12:15 – 12:30: Wrap-up, Takeaways & Commitments
Practical and actionable steps we can make today to be more culturally inclusive, embrace equality in the workplace and create a sense of belonging through diversity.
