We'll be welcomed at 4.30pm by the team from Xplore Dundee at Discovery Point for a sneak peek at their new fleet of electric vehicles and learn more about the city’s very first zero emission bus route. Attendees will then be transported to Slessor Gardens where we'll enjoy a magical Christmas experience at WinterFest, part of the city’s festive activities.

Whether you're the next Dancing on Ice star, or feel a bit more like Bambi, attendees will have the chance to lace up the ice skates and and take to the rink! We'll also have the opportunity to ride the ferris wheel and visit the market stalls.

4.30pm Enjoy mince pies and mulled wine from the team at Xplore Dundee as they launch their new electric buses

4.50pm Be transported to Slessor Gardens by one of the Xplore Dundee Emeralds

5.00pm Lace up your skates and take to the rink, or enjoy a walk around the Xmas market and get some presents ticked off the list.

6.00pm See the city from up high, take a trip on the Ferris wheel or grab a bite to eat and enjoy a glass of wine from the bar.

7.00pm Say your goodbye's to new contacts and start your journey home

There’s something very special happening in Dundee and we want you to be a part of it.

It’s the launch of the city’s very first zero emission bus route. Yes, our double deck Emeralds are going even greener!

Our 12 new electric buses will be powering up this December on our Service 28.

This is a route at the heart of our city, and it represents an investment of £7m that will see our communities benefit from cleaner, greener air.

Our buses definitely come with batteries included this Christmas, so please come along and celebrate this milestone with us.

This event is open to members from across the region and FREE to attend.
