Members are invited to join ourselves, Dundee Football Club and Dundee & Angus College for an evening of health and wellness. It is widely known that physical activity is essential for good health and that it can help to improve sleep, reduce stress and improve a person's quality of life - it can also reduce the risk of back pain and musculoskeletal concerns, one of the most common causes of sickness absence in Scotland.

⭐PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS NOW CLOSED, SHOULD YOU WISH TO ATTEND THE EVENT PLEASE EMAIL SARAHYOUNG@DUNDEEANDANGUSCHAMBER.CO.UK TO CHECK LAST MINUTE AVAILABILITY⭐

Attendees will hear from the team at Dundee Football Club, who have recently moved to the sports facilities at Gardyne Campus, as they discuss the importance of health, wellbeing and fitness to themselves and their business. We'll also have the chance to tour the state-of-the-art fitness suite, hear more about the range of fitness classes available and take a look at the 25m swimming pool that the College has on offer.

Both DACC & the College have recognised that workplace initiatives are key to reducing incidence of outcomes such as sickness related absence and reduced productivity and acknowledge that such opportunities should be available to all businesses, regardless of their size.  For that reason, they have joined forces to introduce a joint initiative which will benefit the health and wellbeing of workers across Dundee and Angus which members will hear more about on the evening.
