SYMBL CIC is a social enterprise based in Scotland, a movement to inspire unity and belonging between all people, regardless of gender, race, age, status, or country of birth – because we are all humans first.

With the future of migration in mind, we have done elaborate research on what the world will look like by 2040:

- Global migration is anticipated to surge, with an expected increase of 37%.

- Due to global warming, temperatures could rise by up to 2.5%. The Arctic may be ice-free by 2050, accompanied by severe water and food shortages worldwide.

- The rapid advancements in AI suggest that one-fifth of the global working population might be unemployed by 2030, yet AI could contribute as much as $15.7 trillion to the world economy.

- These profound changes are projected to take a toll on mental health, positioning depression as the predominant global health concern.

How can we empower our communities and workplaces to not only adapt but thrive in the face of change? To infuse resilience and empathy into every interaction, ensuring a sustainable world where all humans feel like they belong. It is no longer a thought and concern for later, but for immediate action and you are invited to be part of the change now.

Our Solutions:

- Collaborative Platforms: Our series of events will provide a safe and collaborative platform for AI, sustainability, and cultural experts to facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices, and co-developing innovations.

- Education & Awareness: Educating businesses and individuals about the intricacies and interdependencies of these domains will build a foundation for collective action. It's vital to instil the understanding that addressing challenges in one domain can have positive ripple effects on others.

- Shared Economic Model: The shared economic model will reward sustainable practices, ethical AI development, and cultural inclusivity while encouraging connection, collaboration and belonging.

Although this is a free-to-attend event, you are welcome to make a donation, which will help us deliver more HappYoungpreneur programs to young people in Tayside.
