We invite our members to a special opportunity to connect with businesses and military representatives at RM Condor, home of the Royal Marines 45 Commando. Our DACC123 events offer the perfect chance to network with fellow members while experiencing the unique hospitality of our armed forces.

The event will begin with a light lunch, before we break into smaller groups to discuss how businesses can best support reservists in the workplace. This event will include a rare tour of RM Condor, with a special focus on their Remembrance Garden—a place the public rarely gets to visit due to the base's military nature. 

We’re honoured to have representatives from the Royal Marines Commando, HRFCA, and the Royal Marines Charity share their insights and answer any questions you may have about supporting military personnel as they transition between service and civilian roles.

About HRFCA:

Highland RFCA is a Central Government Arms' Length Body set up by statute to support Reserves, Cadets and the Armed Forces community across the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
Our Voluntary Membership plays a central role in helping us build relationships and forge understanding between the military and local communities.

About 45 Commando:

Based at RM Condor in Scotland, 45 Commando is an amphibious commando unit that forms part of 3 Commando Brigade Royal Marines. These elite troops conduct a range of operational tasks at home and across the globe. When acting as a Standing Task unit, 45 Commando provides protection for Royal Navy and Royal Fleet Auxiliary vessels around the globe. The unit also contributes to the UK’s domestic resilience and supply training teams to help develop foreign armed forces.
