Steve Thomson is very passionate about personal development. He delivers this through 1:1 Coaching programmes, making a lot of use of the Insights Discovery tool and other Insights follow-on tools for his inspiring programmes. He brings a great deal of energy and enthusiasm and a very open style which encourages others to feel secure in honest, straightforward coaching conversations.

With a Coaching Diploma accredited by the European Coaching Institute, Steve has 20 years of experience in working with the Insights Discovery personality and team profile system. He is a graduate of the internationally renowned Anthony Robbins Mastery University personal leadership suite of programmes and has a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Strathclyde University.
