Businesses are awaiting the most significant overhaul of employment legislation since the 1990s. At the last count, the Employment Rights Bill included 28 pieces of reform and is presently making passage through the Houses of Parliament for final amendments and secondary legislation before becoming effective likely in 2026. In this Masterclass, Christine will focus on three areas:

Attendees will come away with a greater understanding of the Bill as it stands. Given the wide scope of the legislation, this will be an overview with commentary on potential implications.
