About Dr Emilee Simmons:
Dr Emilee L Simmons is Head of Dundee Business School & Law at Abertay University, President of Enterprise Educators UK (EEUK), and Visiting Professor in Global Education at Drexel University (USA). An internationally renowned enterprise and entrepreneurship educator with over 25 years’ experience, she supports businesses to enhance productivity, launch new ventures, and scale for growth.

Emilee joined Abertay in 2024 to lead the Business & Law Schools and to shape an exciting new chapter for Dundee Business School. She brings substantial academic and industry experience across Higher Education, as well as the Retail, Creative Arts & Heritage, and Social Enterprise sectors.

Prior to her current role, Emilee was Deputy Head of The Business School and Reader in Entrepreneurship at Leeds Trinity University, and Director of the Management Development Programme at Strathclyde Business School, where she provided academic leadership and oversight of the undergraduate programme.
