Brian is a Business Development Manager with Michelin Development Ltd UK, a not-for-profit subsidiary of Michelin Tyre Plc. As Michelin Development sponsors its fourth Chamber Champion Awards, Brian is well-versed in what makes a strong finalist. He plays a key role in delivering Michelin’s Corporate Social Responsibility programme, supporting economic growth in communities where Michelin has operated by helping businesses expand and create sustainable jobs through low-cost loans and grants.
After leaving school at 16, Brian began an engineering apprenticeship, but was made redundant following a plant closure. He went on to build a 30-year career with a global manufacturing company, earning a Business Management degree and gaining extensive senior leadership experience across operations, business growth, and organisational development.
Passionate about supporting young people, Brian is now an MCR mentor, working with those in or on the edge of the care system, as well as others facing disadvantage, and encourages more people to get involved.
Fiona has held the position of Deputy Chief Executive with Hillcrest for 7 years. In her role as Deputy she has responsibility for delivering the “front-line” strategies with responsibility for the Development, Housing Management and Maintenance functions for the parent company in Hillcrest, Hillcrest Homes.
Her role also involves overseeing the work of two of Hillcrest Homes’ subsidiary companies, Hillcrest Maintenance and Hillcrest Enterprises.
With the Deputy Chief Executive position comes the role of Company Secretary for the 4 main companies within the organisation, plus a trustee and secretary of the Hillcrest Foundation.
Fiona has a background in Housing Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. She joined Hillcrest in 2003 as Director of Customer Services, and became Director of Housing in 2005.
Kelly Fairweather is a Dundee-based serial entrepreneur who has been running businesses across Scotland since she was 17. She owns The Selkie, a popular eatery in Dundee, as well as At Your Service, a housekeeping and concierge service.
Kelly also opened Sox in the City Laundrette in 2022. With the opening of The Ferry Selkie in 2023, she employs over 50 Living Wage staff in the city.
Kelly has a degree in Management and Psychology from the University of Dundee and provides ad-hoc business consultancy support to organisations across the UK. When not working, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her eight children and husband.
Christian Williams is the Co-Managing Director of Here’s The Plan Ltd, where he helps set the company’s vision and strategy for growth while championing innovative sustainability solutions. In his role, Christian works closely with partners and suppliers to ensure the business delivers meaningful impact - supporting organisations on their journey to net-zero while reinforcing Here’s The Plan’s position as a sector leader.
A graduate of Dundee University, Christian has spent a number of years with the company, gaining experience across several departments as he progressed through the organisation. Alongside fellow MD Sam, he co-founded the company’s Sustainability Department and has since been recognised within the industry with multiple award nominations. His career is driven by a passion for creating lasting change, whether that’s helping businesses reduce their carbon footprint or developing strategies that deliver long-term benefits for both clients and the environment.
STV have been a proud sponsor and donor of the Chamber Business Champion Prize for a number of years, and Emma holds a degree in Modern European Languages from Durham University.
She began her media career in London in advertising within the international luxury retail sector, selling high-end media platforms to leading global brands.
Now with STV for five years, she creates bespoke campaigns for Scottish businesses to help them grow faster, harnessing the power of TV through The STV Growth Fund.

Yes, you can apply to multiple categories, as long as each entry meets the relevant criteria.

Shortlisted applicants will be notified 2-3 days after the applications close.
