Call for unused laptops!

Tayside Re-Users is a registered charity and social enterprise founded to promote re-use and recycling, and to provide employment and volunteering opportunities to provide a route back into employment for those who find themselves out of work.

We encourage and inspire people to find alternative uses for goods they might otherwise throw away. Daily collections of quality used household and office furniture, white goods, bric a brac, and all kinds of DIY goods are carried out, and the goods are assessed, refurbished, cleaned and sold in the Emporium.

With imagination and creativity, unwanted items can be given a substantial second life. This benefits those looking for a good deal on the types of goods we receive, as well as helping to improve the environment through re-use.

We are looking particularly for laptops to repair and sell within our Emporium. This is a position filled by a volunteer who enjoys coming in to do this task.  Any money we make goes back into the organisation, allowing us to be able to offer employment, volunteering and training opportunities to young people and others who struggle to secure work.
