A limited number of spaces are still available on a ground-breaking leadership development programme being held in Aberdeen next month by award-winning social enterprise Scarf.

Thought Patterns for High Performance 5.0 (TP5) - a new programme from the world-renowned Pacific Institute, is designed for aspirational leaders looking to perform at a higher level. This two-day, live-facilitated video curriculum will give delegates the most powerful tools they will ever need: the ability to change the way they think, the ability to eliminate the stress of change and the ability to self-regulate at ever higher levels of excellence.

Scarf prides itself on its workplace culture, and credits The Pacific Institute with helping to create an industry-leading working environment, which has resulted in a number of high-profile award wins.

Thane Lawrie, Chief Executive at Scarf, said: “For four of the past five years, Scarf has placed in the Sunday Times Top 100 Not-for-profit Companies list, which is based on the results of anonymous staff surveys and we also won the Press and Journal Gold Award for Best Employer in 2017 – we put both these achievements down to our outstanding workplace culture, which was created in large part from all our staff going through Pacific Institute programmes.”

In June 2018 the first TP5 programme in Scotland was delivered by Scarf in Aberdeen to a group of nine delegates from across the private, public and third sectors.

Following the course Janice Nicol, Business Advisor at Social Firms Scotland, said: “It was empowering and enlightening and was different from my past learning experiences and really went to the core of leadership principles from the world of cognitive psychology. I am very much looking forward to setting new and extended goals and a life-long habit of success and happiness.”

This latest programme will be held on Thursday and Friday September 6th and 7th and Skene House, Rosemount Viaduct, Aberdeen. A place on the two-day course, including lunch and refreshments both days costs £675+vat per person, however Chamber members are eligible for a 15% discount, with further reductions available for registered charities.
