Stagecoach have announced price revisions to its unirider tickets from Monday 28 August for students within East Scotland.

Unirider tickets offer unlimited travel between set boundaries, at a discounted rate exclusively for students enrolled in either college or university.  The tickets are split into 10 separate zones, with options for 4 week or 13 week tickets. Certain areas also offer 1 day and 7 day ticket options.

The unirider ticket allows students to benefit from unlimited bus travel on the Stagecoach East Scotland network. Students can take advantage of reduced fares all year round, from as little as £1.08 per day (based on a Dundee zone 1 13 week unirider ticket).

Students can use their unirider ticket to get to college or university day to day, as well as going out and about at the weekends and evenings, with the unlimited travel ticket.

Douglas Robertson, Commercial Director, Stagecoach East Scotland, said “We understand that as a student, income can be tight and travel is essential. Our unirider tickets offer students huge savings on bus travel within the Stagecoach East Scotland network, making student travel much easier and affordable."

Students wishing to purchase 4 week and 13 week unirider tickets can buy online at www.stagecoachbus.com/unirider or from their local Stagecoach travel shop. A valid student ID card must be presented when purchasing and using unirider tickets.
