Abertay Housing Association is a registered charity and social landlord which owns and manages approximately 1,800 homes throughout Dundee. Our mission is to improve the quality of life in our communities and we take great pride in the standard of service we deliver.
We are looking for volunteers to join our Management Committee. The Committee, which leads our organisation, meets approximately monthly. Experience in HR /Personnel, construction/building development, legal, community involvement or property management will be relevant; however, we are particularly looking for members with a finance background. Training and support will be provided where needed. Above all, we need people with the passion and commitment to make a real difference to those in housing need.

Our purpose is to provide social housing to people in housing need. In addition, we are involved in various wider role activities. We have around 1,800 houses in Dundee, including around 278 retirement housing properties which are situated at seven complexes across the city. We provide a factoring service for over 2,000 properties purchased from Abertay or its predecessors.rn
