'The Park Hotel's Tartan Day Menu generated a fantastic response from new and regular customers,' revealed Allan James, manager of the Park Hotel.

'In 2012, we decided to offer a Tartan Day Menu as a way of promoting the high quality, local produce we use and it proved to be highly-popular,' continued Allan, who is also manager of the nearby Links Hotel. 'The Tartan Day Menu was certainly a win-win situation for us and we had no hesitation about participating in this year's Tartan Day Scotland Festival.

'We will be offering Tartan Day Menus in the Park Hotel and the Links Hotel at lunchtimes and in the evening. At both hotels, we are passionate advocates of local produce and our Tartan Day Menus are a wonderful chance for us to highlight this.'
