The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards – which are free to enter and open to organisations with a presence in the UK – recognise organisations that deliver excellent and innovative customer service in order to meet their customers’ needs and deliver business success.
These are the only customer service awards run by the UK’s professional body for customer service. They are judged by an independent panel of business leaders, industry experts and academics.
The deadline for entries is 11 October.
Awards are presented at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards at the London Lancaster Hotel on 25 February 2014.
