Service Design Academy Competition

Service Design Academy are holding a competition that offers two free spaces on their Learning to Listen to your Customers course that will run on 17th and 18th June 2021.

This course will help to build a stronger customer relationship by learning to listen to their needs and use this data effectively. Learning to listen to your customers can help businesses to gain valuable insights into the problem and appreciate a much deeper understanding of their customer's needs, moving away from assumption-based decisions and stereotyping.

Learning to Listen connects the people designing a service with the people who will use it. Service Design Academy’s 'Learning to Listen to your Customers' course for businesses will introduce companies to key methods within user research, such as service observations, open interview techniques, capturing stakeholder views and disseminating these in a coherent fashion.

To be in with a chance of winning two spaces on SDA’s Learning to Listen to your Customers course on 17th & 18th June, head over to their Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/ServiceDesignAcademy1

Winner will be announced on 11th May!
