\"RestaurantAngus College\'s renowned Restaurant 56 has opened its doors for the Autumn season with a new batch of hospitality students.

Restaurant 56 has received rave reviews from all over Angus for the gourmet style food cooked and served by the students and for the stylish surroundings which have been created in the College\'s Hospitality department.

We serve mouthwatering food such as Baked Sweet potato and Ricotta Ravioli, Stilton sauce and Red Pepper Essence and Pork Loin, Black Pudding and Parsnip Mash with Honey and Grain Mustard Dressing. The students work really hard to reach the highest of professional standards and everything is provided at greatly reduced prices.\'
