The champagne corks will be popping this Friday when 383 students graduate from Angus College. This will be the last Graduation before the College re-emerges as part of the new Dundee and Angus College on 1 November.

For Principal John Burt, the longest serving principal in Scotland, and Depute Principal Jackie Howie, it will mark the beginning of a new era, as both have chosen different directions away from the education arena. Guest of Honour at the Ceremony will be the long serving Chair of the Angus College Board of Governors, Graham Hay.

John Burt says, \'After 17 years of service as Principal of Angus College I’m delighted that my final formal duty is to recognise the achievements of our student body. Colleges transform lives and I am delighted to celebrate with the students, their friends and families as they embark on the next stage of their studies and careers.\'
