Social enterprise, Circle Scotland CIC, has welcomed two new members of staff.
The Circle has hired Tomasz Fecinski-Gawel and Kate Pickering to its growing staff team. These recruitments are part of the organisation’s next stage of growth and development following a recently announced expansion into a site in Easterhouse, Glasgow.
Tomasz Fecinski-Gawel is the Centre Manager for The Circle’s new hub in Easterhouse. He joins the team after a career in the hotel industry, latterly working as the General Manager of a hotel in Manchester. Tomasz will be overseeing the running of the new facility and developing the organisation’s presence in the area to help create another community and business hub like their existing facility in Dundee.
Kate Pickering is joining The Circle team as their new Marketing and Communications Officer. She has set up four successful small businesses including her own social enterprise and has taken sole responsibility for developing strong marketing strategies throughout her career. Kate will be helping to develop the social enterprise’s marketing strategy and promoting their work as part of their ongoing expansion.
Founder and CEO of The Circle, Kirsty Thomson, says
“We’re thrilled to have Tomasz and Kate joining the team during this crucial stage of our development. Their roles will be integral to our ongoing success as we continue to grow our community and expand our operations.”
