The Workplace Team within Public Health, NHS Tayside are really keen to hear from businesses and organisations across Tayside to understand more about their current challenges in supporting employee health and wellbeing. Our team provide FREE support to all workplaces across Tayside to develop initiatives, policies and practice to improve employee health, safety and wellbeing. Your responses are extremely valuable to us and will help to make sure that the resources we offer are as relevant and accessible to local workplaces as possible.

As restrictions lift and we move into the recovery phase of Covid-19, focusing on staff health and wellbeing will more important than ever and has the potential to improve staff resilience, retention, morale and productivity.
