Net Zero by 2045 but what does this mean for your career or your business?

We continue to hear lots about the fact the UK government has committed to reaching net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2045 but have you considered the short and long term impacts this may have on your business and what future skills and technologies you should be considering?

Dundee and Angus College have teamed up with our partners at Energy Skills Partnership to create two awareness courses that are designed to help you better understand the future of Offshore Wind and the future of Hydrogen as we continue on our journey to net zero.

These are FREE courses and completed on line and can be accessed here:

Caryn Gibson, Economic Partnership Manager says 'It is essential that we help both businesses and indivduals understand how the changes within these sectors will impact both businesses and careers.  Our goal is to work closely with industry to ensure that they have the current and future skills and talent they require to thrive as they evolve along the journey to net zero

Our close partnersip with Jim Brown and the team at Energy Skills Partnership ensures that we are leading the way for industry and that they can be cofident we are there to support them as they transition and evolve'

Dundee & Angus College

Dundee and Angus College is moving away from traditional thinking and focussing much more on careers not courses. It wants the people of the Dundee and Angus region to be better informed and prepared for the career options available to them, no matter what stage they are at.
