Free places available on Open University in Scotland upskilling courses

Supported by the Scottish Funding Council, the Open University in Scotland is offering a limited number of fully-funded places on a number of accredited upskilling Microcredentials.

Microcredentials allow you to gain specialist knowledge and skills to help advance your career.

In just 10–12 weeks you can gain: 

  • cutting-edge knowledge in a specialised subject, informed by our world-class academics
  • practical skills that you can immediately apply to your work, or boost your CV
  • or postgraduate credit you could in the future use towards further study.

We have 17 courses on offer, including the following subjects:

  •  Marketing
  •  Change Management
  •  Financial accounting
  •  Sustainability
  •  Project Management
  •  People Management and Leadership
  •  Cloud Computing
  •  Coding
  •  Machine Learning
