Temporary Traffic Order - Hilltown

Dundee City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 for the purpose of facilitating footway resurfacing works. The Order is expected to be in force for 12 days from 14 April 2022. Its maximum duration in terms of the Act is eighteen months.

The effect of the Order is to prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in Hilltown from Rosebank Street to Alexander Street (Phase 1) and from Alexander Street to Constitution Street (Phase 2).

Pedestrians are to use the other footway.

An alternative route will be available via Victoria Road, Dens Road and Alexander Street (Phase 1) and Alexander Street, Dens Road and Main Street (Phase 2).
