Jigsaw Media marks continued growth with two senior appointments

Dundee marketing agency Jigsaw Media is making two senior appointments after seeing a continued growth in business over the first quarter of 2022.

Current Head of Content and Digital Claire Buchan becomes Web Director, while Keith Arnott joins the staff as Design Director.

Claire joined Jigsaw in December 2017 from previous roles in sales and event management, initially working on a part-time basis to create client social media content. She then progressed to a full-time role covering web design, development and project management.

In her new role, Claire oversees all Jigsaw web and design projects while also continuing to build websites, nurture client relationships, and manage and develop other members of the team.

Keith began working with Jigsaw in April 2021 on a contract basis, bringing with him 20 years’ experience with start-ups through to established brands. He quickly became principal brand and digital designer and is now a full-time employee overseeing all design output — from print to web — and supporting the social and marketing teams.

Jigsaw owner and managing director Craig Simpson said:"As we continue to grow it is vital that we consolidate and develop our team with the right people.

"I am therefore delighted to be able to recognise the very significant contribution Claire has already made to Jigsaw’s success and to welcome Keith fully on board.

"It is a real coup for us to bring someone with Keith’s talent and experience into the business on a full-time basis and both these appointments confirm our commitment to investing in the right talent to ensure we continue to deliver outstanding results for our clients."

Jigsaw Media was launched in 2015 and is a full service marketing agency based in Dundee with clients across Tayside and beyond.

Specialising in website design, brand development, creating and implementing marketing strategies, Jigsaw works across a wide range of sectors including tourism, hospitality, the service sector, finance, and engineering.
