The Project and Business Change team is a small specialist team within the Corporate Services department providing PMO services and supporting other business change activity.
As the University continues its digital transformation journey an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, passionate and committed IT project manager with excellent communication skills. You will work on a wide range of digital projects within the University’s portfolio that vary in size, complexity, challenge and technology, within which someone can make a positive difference.
You will have demonstrable experience of using formal project management methodologies to deliver successful projects in a complex environment/organisation and an ability to engage multiple stakeholders at all levels, including third party suppliers.
You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of project documentation including project plans, benefit reviews, risk and issue logs. You will ensure that you effectively estimate timescales, resources and budget requirements for the successful delivery of projects, providing regular reports to stakeholders as appropriate.
