Due to a recent reorganisation of the department several new and exciting opportunities have become available.
We now seek to appoint an experienced IT/AV Service Delivery Officer.
Reporting to the Senior IT Service Delivery Officer, you deliver a highly professional 2nd line IT support service and have a broad experience of IT and AV technologies. This will cover hardware and software, including laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile devices, printing, Microsoft Windows, MEM/SCCM for OS and application deployment. Experience of Apple Mac support and AV programming is desirable.
The post holder will have excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills and be able to work under pressure. Expected to respond to colleagues, students and stakeholders needs with the intention to provide an excellent service and able to work methodically, prioritising and managing tasks.
