Industry accreditation for Thorntons’ Director

The Director of Data Protection Services at full service law firm Thorntons has recently passed her Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) exam, complimenting her position as a Certified Information Privacy Manager and further strengthening the credentials of the firm’s Intellectual Property, Technology and Media Team.

nxGeno were engaged by Cambridge University Press and Assessment to conduct an employee-centric Discovery to support the change management process and drive system adoption as they migrated to a single HR Technology platform (Workday) following a recent merger.

nxGeno designed and conducted a series of virtual workshops. 1-2-1 Interviews and surveys to engage key stakeholder groups throughout the implementation cycle. Our approach was carefully crafted to amplify the "voice of the employee" and surface the experiential pain points and opportunities to enhance the future Workday platform experience.

We produced a comprehensive insight report detailing the moments that mattered most, Our report detailed employees top pain points and where the "quick win" opportunities were to improve the Workday user experience

Our strategic guidance, tools and resources helped align internal teams around key system challenges and inform numerous, People & Culture, Change Management, and technical interventions designed to increase employee satisfaction, and drive adoption of the platform.
