I am delighted to announce that I have just joined the Heritage Portfolio team as their first on-site Event Designer for the V&A Dundee. Having graduated from the University of St. Andrews in 2021, I have culled experience in both the planning and operational components of events. I am extremely pleased to have the opportunity to continue my experience in this field with such an amazing company in such a stunning venue.
Although I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia, I’ve spent the last six years in Scotland and consider Dundee to be my home. I fell in love with this country’s landscape, culture, and people when I moved here in 2017, and I have no plans to leave!
It is my vision to host many successful events in Dundee’s ‘Livingroom for the City’, and I am excited to work closely with the Chamber going forward. The V&A truly is an incredible, uniquely designed venue with unbelievable views, and I feel extremely lucky to call it my new office. V&A Dundee is an exceptional location for unique and engaging events with interchangeable spaces around the current museum exhibitions. The building offers various spaces which are ideal to entertain staff and clients or host a private celebration – the auditorium, Lower Locke Hall & Upper Foyer, and Tatha Bar & Kitchen.
