
Post 1 - Birch Resource Worker
As a Birch resource worker, you will be responsible for implementing a range of interventions and support measures as part of an integrated package of health, therapeutic and social support. Birch is specifically designed to address the complex needs of individuals who have lost the care of their children to the care system, through intensive support, to enable change in their lives, and ultimately reduce the numbers of children being removed into care. You will work systemically in delivering a relationship-based programme where frequency, tenacity and creativity are central.
Post 2 - Mentor/Resource Worker (One Stop Womens Learning Service), Perth
This is a TCA post, in partnership with OWLS, Community Justice, working alongside women in the community area of Perth & Kinross. We are looking to recruit a dynamic individual who can provide life changing support to female offenders using a bespoke mentoring approach. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who can encourage, clients to be empowered and make positive life changes with support and successful reintegration into their community; this would include arranging help with housing, debt, benefits, addictions and family relationships, education, training, and employment.
Post 3 - Mentor/Resource Worker (Mentoring for Men), Perth
You will be responsible for implementing a range of interventions and support measures as part of an integrated package of social support. The support service is specifically designed to address the complex needs of men who are involved in the Community Justice System. You will work systemically in delivering a relationship-based programme where frequency, tenacity and creativity are central.
