Howden Insurance Brokers have recently been recognised as a Gold Partner to Scottish Care and exhibited during their Care at Home and Housing Support Conference on 17th May.
Mark Amos, Account Executive presented the award to the winner of the Outstanding Achievement Award, Ross Docherty. Despite the many challenges Ross faces with this degenerative condition, Cerebellar Ataxia, he manages to live a very active life through sport, charity and the Scouts. Ross lives as independently as he possibly can and recently moved into his own home.
He was delighted to receive this accolade and had a fantastic evening (most of this on the dance floor!) celebrating with family and the team who provide the support he requires.
Mark is responsible for the development of Dundee and Angus for Howden, in addition to this he is closely aligned to the UK Health & Care division and supports the Care Sector across Scotland.
