In response to the growing mental health crisis affecting both society and the business world, a new initiative has been launched to provide much-needed support. RE-Mind @ Muirfield, a Workplace Mental Health support program, aims to address the mental health challenges faced by employees and employers alike.
"Throughout my career, I've witnessed many changes in the working environment. However, as I enter a more mature phase of my life, the issue that concerns me the most is the mental health crisis we are currently experiencing. On a personal level, almost every family I know has been affected in some way. On a business level, the impact is equally significant," said Jim Gibbon, Managing Director of Muirfield Consultants. "As with everything, we can either complain about how bad things are or roll up our sleeves and try to find a way to help."
RE-Mind @ Muirfield brings together workplace mental health support expertise and senior-level business professionals to deliver the following outcomes for client businesses:
