
The new owners of Affinity House business centre in Dundee’s Dryburgh Industrial Estate have put together an innovative business space offer ideal for start-ups looking to rent office and storage space in the city.
Calsum Property Ltd, which bought the business centre in March, is currently offering firms a dedicated desk with pedestal-style office drawer storage unit and space in a cupboard plus a 20ft by 8ft steel storage container outside in the centre’s goods yard for £250 + VAT per month.
The package also comes with free unlimited access to the centre’s on-site gym, tea and coffee-making facilities, 40-space car park with seven EV charging points and superfast wifi, plus 50% discount on meeting room hire at the centre and use of the centre’s friendly full-time reception staff for greeting clients or visitors and receiving deliveries on behalf of the tenant.
