Post: Senior Service Manager/Depute CEO 
 
Salary £42,377 - 44,577 (SP 20-22) per annum based on 35 hours per week.   
 
Terms:         Permanent/ Full time 
 
Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer 
 
Place of Work: The candidate will be expected to work across all 3 local authority areas (Perth & Kinross, Angus, and Dundee), primary base to be agreed with successful candidate.

Brief Description of Duties:  You will work alongside the Chief Executive Officer as part of the Senior Management Team to progress the strategic priorities outlined in the Business Plan. You will hold a portfolio of designated services and thematic practice areas and will provide leadership, innovation, governance, and quality assurance across these. You will also deputise for the Chief Executive Officer as required. 
 
You will be an innovative and creative thinker with excellent leadership skills. You will be committed to making a real and lasting difference to the lives of people living across Tayside with an ability to working alongside colleagues, service users and communities to bring out the best in them. You will bring significant experience of working at a management level and hold a relevant professional or higher educational qualification.
