STV’s fifth edition of STV Market Voices research on Knowing your audience officially launched last week.  This valuable research delves into the thoughts, feelings and opinions of different generations across Scotland, with a focus on Shopping, Holidaying and Media Consumption.

 

Key findings including: 

  • 7 in 10 Scots holiday annually, with Millennials being the most likely to book their trips through booking websites.
  • Gen Z are the most likely to purchase groceries, books and music in-store.
  • 60% of Gen Z never use a credit card and Millennials are the most likely to use buy now, pay later schemes.
  • 1 in 5 Baby Boomers have no subscriptions, whereas Gen X are the most likely to subscribe to beauty and grooming boxes.
