Industry accreditation for Thorntons’ Director

The Director of Data Protection Services at full service law firm Thorntons has recently passed her Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) exam, complimenting her position as a Certified Information Privacy Manager and further strengthening the credentials of the firm’s Intellectual Property, Technology and Media Team.

SYT Coaching and Development has just successfully completed a workshop and coaching programme with Storio Group Ltd.

Based in London and Amsterdam with other staff and locations throughout Europe, Storio Group was formed in 2024 from the merger of Photobox (London) and Albelli (Amsterdam) after formerly divesting from Moonpig UK.

SYT was working with the Operations Leadership Team (OLT). They had previously carried out Insights Discovery and Insights Team Effectiveness workshops in 2022/23. This time the focus was on 360 feedback within the team along with some external inputs. Insights Discovery Full Circle (DFC) is the tool used to provide this feedback, where delegates answer questions to show the ‘colour mix’ that they see in the individual, which can then be compared with the person’s self-perception.

The workshop was held in The Hague earlier in 2024. Interesting conversations always result from this exercise! Some of the Leadership team have been receiving ongoing coaching on the back of this workshop, and this exercise has just been completed successfully in time for Storio Group’s peak period in the run up to Christmas.

SYT has been combining their Advanced Coaching Skills with the Insights products for 20 years.
