LearnLing has designed an interactive and engaging learning and development workshop for teams to improve their communication with each other, boost productivity and motivation, and create a more inclusive and positive workplace culture. LearnLing aims to target the root causes behind workplace failures and drive business success by helping employees manage conflict, communicate better and understand the diversity of behaviours within their teams. The workshop has been designed to present simple and digestive material to make it easy for participants to absorb the information and apply it in their workplace.
LearnLing was founded by Rebecca Ling, who brings years of experience working across various industries. During this time, Rebecca observed the negative impact poor communication can have on workplace dynamics and productivity. Her passion for improving relationships and her in-depth knowledge of personality dynamics inspired her to create LearnLing, combining practical tools with a unique understanding of personality and communication styles to empower teams.
