The High School of Dundee is seeking a passionate, dedicated individual to join our Board as the designated lead for Child Protection and Safeguarding.
This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the safety, welfare, and well-being of our pupils, shaping policies, and upholding the highest standards of care in our school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing strategic oversight for Child Protection and Safeguarding.
Supporting and advising on policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and best-practice standards.
Liaising with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure robust Child Protection and Safeguarding measures are in place.
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from individuals with experience in Child Protection, Safeguarding, or related fields. A background in Education, Social Work, Medicine, Law Enforcement, or similar disciplines would be beneficial, but a commitment to Safeguarding excellence is paramount.
