Dymock Properties Dundee is excited to announce our move to a new, larger space at 154 Brook Street, Broughty Ferry. After only two years in business, this move marks a significant milestone for us, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved.

Our new location gives us the perfect space to showcase the services we offer, including property management for rentals and estate agency for sales. As we continue to grow, it’s important for us to have a physical presence that reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality service and connecting with both tenants and property owners alike.

One of the things we’re most excited about is the opportunity to showcase not just the properties we manage and sell, but also a unique side of our business. Our shop is filled with quirky artwork that adds a personal touch to the space. The artworks have been carefully chosen to reflect the creative and individual nature of Dymock Properties, bringing personality and warmth to our new home.

For those with an eye for detail, we’ve added a little something special to our signage—a hidden Easter egg for the Tolkien fans among you. This subtle nod to one of our favourite authors reflects our philosophy of paying attention to the finer details and the importance of creating a space where everyone feels welcome, whether it’s through the homes we manage or the atmosphere we cultivate in our office.

We are incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received over the past two years, particularly from the Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce. Their continued guidance and encouragement have been invaluable as we’ve grown, and we’re thrilled to be a part of such a vibrant local community.

Moving to our new premises in Broughty Ferry is just the beginning, and we’re eager to continue offering the same exceptional service and care to our clients, tenants, and property owners.
