Grippoz Launch Kickstarter Crowdfunding Campaign

Published

30th October 2014

Can you help to promote our exciting new social enterprise in Perthshire? Grippoz is a unique wheelchair pushrim cover (see photo below) invented by a GrowBiz client in Alyth.

We’re launching a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign later this week to raise money to get it into production – and ahead of the campaign start, need to generate as much awareness as possible.

Grippoz enables more wheelchair users to self-propel and manoeuvre, to undertake everyday tasks and gain a greater measure of independence and quality of life. And they also give wheelchairs more colour and personality.

Diana has been using prototype Grippoz, invented by her partner Paul, and they have changed her life for the better. This is a short video clip demonstrating their personal impact:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YF-HnZqCehQ&feature=youtu.be

Any help you can give us would be greatly appreciated – if we can make this a successful enterprise, the profits will help many more people to realise their dreams.
