VisitScotland, Food from Fife and the East of Scotland Seafood Project are cooking up a fantastic event for tourism businesses across Fife, to whet your appetite ahead of the Year of Food and Drink 2015.

The East Neuk of Fife is home to award-winning fish and seafood. This event will explore the importance of using and promoting this and other Scottish produce to help create an authentic visitor experience, while maximising revenue.

Join us at our Seafood in Fife event on Wednesday 19 November, 12.30pm – 3.00pm, at Farmshop and Deli of the Year 2014 - Ardross Farm Shop, East Neuk, Fife.

What a menu we have in store; jam packed to inspire and inform businesses about the opportunities around the Year of Food and Drink 2015, the East of Scotland Seafood Project and VisitScotland’s Taste Our Best initiative, as well as one-to-one menu surgery appointments.

There will also be case studies highlighting the success of using local produce and how this can help to increase and retain business.

Businesses will also have the opportunity to network with local food producers and suppliers from the region over a locally sourced buffet lunch.

Book now to register for this FREE event, it’s an event you won’t want to miss.
