Trystan Powell, founder of Beyond Reasonable, identified a gap in the market after working with businesses across healthcare, retail, sports, and manufacturing sectors throughout Scotland.

"Most business advice is designed to sound impressive rather than actually work," says Powell, who holds an MBA and PRINCE2 certification and is starting an MSc in Marketing Analytics this September. "SME owners are tired of cookie-cutter solutions that ignore their specific challenges."

The new community will offer peer networking, practical business resources, and direct access to strategic expertise. Powell's consultancy focuses on helping businesses find what's actually holding them back, rather than applying generic frameworks that look good on paper but fail in practice.
