Evaluate HR is a new HR consultancy led by award-winning HR manager Megan Brown, providing practical, structured HR support for small and growing businesses.
Launched as a separate business by MMG Chartered Accountants, Evaluate HR has been created to support SMEs at a stage where having a full in-house HR team does not yet make sense, but where consistent, professional HR support is increasingly important.
Evaluate HR works with employers across a range of sectors, supporting them with core HR foundations such as employment contracts, policies, and management processes, alongside ongoing HR administration and project-based support. The focus is on helping businesses put the right structures in place early, manage situations fairly and confidently when they arise, and reduce the risk of issues escalating over time.
After spending years working in HR, Megan saw firsthand how quickly employment matters can become more complex as a business grows, particularly when managers are balancing HR responsibilities alongside day-to-day operations. Her approach to providing clear, structured support for growing businesses was recognised in 2025, when she was named People Pioneer Individual of the Year at the Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce Awards.
