
We’re Hiring: Quality Manager at ATL Turbine Services
ATL Turbine Services is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality function and drive world‑class standards across our entire operation.
This is a highly visible key leadership role where you’ll shape our Quality strategy at all levels within the business, ensuring regulatory compliance, championing product safety, and inspire a strong Right‑First‑Time culture across the business.

What You’ll Lead
- Quality Management System performance & improvement
- Compliance with ISO/AS standards, CAA/FAA Part 145 and NADCAP requirements
- Product safety governance
- Lead internal/external audits & corrective actions
- Quality team developmentCustomer and regulatory engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years within a Quality Leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Quality systems, standards and legislation (ISO 9001, AS9100/9110, ISO 14001, NADCAP)
- Understanding of CAA/FAA Part 145 regulations (desirable)
- Lead auditor qualification
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Confident liaising with senior client contacts
- A positive, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
